When you connect a Google account, or when your company connects a Google Shared Drive, Siteflo requests only the access the connected feature needs. Each permission and what it is used for:

• Google Drive (see, edit, create, and delete files): Siteflo creates a folder for each of your projects inside the Shared Drive your company connects, maintains that folder structure, and reads files placed in those folders so they can be filed to the right project and summarized for your team.
• Google Drive (read-only): when you personally connect Google Drive, Siteflo reads the documents in the folder you select in order to import them into your knowledge base.
• Google Calendar (events): creates and updates the meetings Siteflo schedules on your behalf.
• Google Sheets, and files created by Siteflo in Drive: creates and edits the spreadsheets and reports you ask Siteflo to produce.
• Email address: identifies which Google account is connected and links it to your Siteflo account.

Limited Use

Siteflo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features described above. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Where a document is processed by an AI provider to produce a summary, extraction, or answer you requested, it is used only to deliver that result. Humans do not read your Google user data except with your explicit consent, where necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

You can disconnect Google at any time from the Integrations page in Siteflo, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting stops all further access. Files remain in your own Google Drive; copies Siteflo stored are deleted along with your account data as described in Data Retention.

We will delete or anonymize your information when it's no longer needed.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information immediately.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external services. Please review their privacy policies separately.

Siteflo offers an optional SMS/MMS text-messaging service (and, where available, WhatsApp) so construction field crews can send job-site updates — photos, voice notes, and status messages — into their project and receive operational replies, reminders, and summaries.

Consent

Field workers are added to a project's text thread by their employer or project manager within Siteflo. By participating in the thread, the worker consents to receive operational, work-related messages. These are not marketing messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

How We Use and Share Mobile Information

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to operate the messaging service — delivering and processing your messages — and is shared only with the messaging carriers and service providers (such as Twilio) needed to deliver your texts.

Message Frequency, Rates, and Support

• Message frequency varies based on your job-site activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Siteflo offers a Google Sheets add-on that brings your Siteflo project data into your spreadsheet. When you use it, the add-on accesses only the Google Sheets spreadsheet you open it in, and makes requests to Siteflo's servers to retrieve the project data your account is authorized to see.

Siteflo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features of the add-on, and we do not transfer or use Google user data for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to the add-on.

What the add-on can access

• Only the active spreadsheet you open the add-on in — never your other Google Sheets, Drive files, email, or contacts.
• Your Siteflo sign-in token, stored in Google's per-user add-on storage so you stay signed in. You can disconnect at any time from the add-on menu, which clears it.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through:

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

European Union Residents (GDPR)

EU residents have rights including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Our lawful basis for processing is typically contract performance or legitimate interests.
