What counts as a seat?

A seat is any user with a Siteflo login — whether they're a GC, a project manager, or a field worker submitting captures. Read-only viewers do not use a seat.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever with one seat. It gives you a real feel for how capture, AI organization, and daily logs work on a live project.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

What happens if I go over my seat limit?

On Basic (5 seats), you'll need to upgrade to Pro to add more. On Pro, additional seats are billed at $50/seat/month up to 99. Above 99 seats, talk to us about Enterprise.

Does Siteflo work alongside my existing project management tools?

Yes. Siteflo is built to layer on top of whatever systems you already use — it's the intelligence layer, not a replacement for your existing workflow. Native integrations are on the roadmap, and Enterprise plans include custom integration support.

Are contracts required?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time — no penalties, no lock-in.
