Why we built this
The problem wasn't that general contractors were bad at their jobs. The problem was that the job asks you to make dozens of decisions every day with information that's hours or days out of date.
You find out about a framing issue when you visit the site — not when it happened. You realize the inspection wasn't scheduled when the inspector shows up and nothing's ready. You chase your subs for status updates instead of just knowing. And at the end of the day, someone sits down to write a daily log from memory.
We built Siteflo because the construction industry deserves the same real-time visibility that every other industry already takes for granted. The tools existed. The AI existed. Nobody had put them together in a way that actually worked for how job sites operate.
So we did.

Anthony is a builder at heart — software, systems, and the infrastructure that ties them together. He came to Siteflo from a background in automation and AI, and has been designing the intelligence layer that makes field data actually useful.
